"I’ve had State Farm since I was 16, 12hrs now. The first office was nice, but this one is BY FAR the best. Julie and Sherry, they always answer the phone, they actually use the text line(very nice for working people), and are very quick to act. They also know their stuff, and know what to do for almost every problem that happens. Use this office!!! Keep reading for an example… My car was hit in a hit and run, I was honestly pretty scared to report it, but they made it very easy and relaxed. Walked me thru the process, had my back every step, related to me and the issues I was having, make suggestions off their own experiences in the area. Now with the hail storm, my car was damaged in the transport process from the body shop to the mechanics. So now we have another claim, but Sherry made it very easy to tell me how to report it, and listened when I kind of just vented a minute to her. Julie is the other wonderful lady there, insurance is scary but they made this process as easy as possible. Thank you all for the help and guest service!"
